Green Party Carolers Cheer Up Striking Workers

The Green Party of Orange County in solidarity and with
respect for the striking grocery workers will be showing
our support for their cause this holiday season by bringing some warmth and cheer in the form of Christmas carols. We will meet at 6pm at the Albertson's at 19640 Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach (cross streets: Beach and Adams).

After spreading our Holiday cheer there we will carpool
over to the Albertsons at 7201 Yorktown in Huntington
Beach (cross streets: Yorktown and Main).  We understand it is important to be politically correct therefore we will be singing carols that are non-religious in nature.  We will sing the following songs and have copies available for those that would like to participate:  We Wish You a Merry Christmas, Deck the Halls, O Christmas Tree and Jingle Bells. We will also have Santa hats and other holiday regalia for those that would like to get into the spirt of the season. Hot spiced cider will also be available for the strikers and the carolers.

The Green Party is the only organized political party that stands 100% behind the workers' cause.  They will have an opportunity next year to vote for Green Party members that if elected will fight for this cause on both the state and national level.

Please come join us as we spread some joy and good
cheer to our fellow workers that have been so abused by an undemocratic corporate system that refuses to give them the basic healthcare which all human beings have a right to. In solidarity with all workers the Green Party stands united. You do NOT have to be a Green party member to join us...

Why would you think that?

Don't you think it's more important to be accurate than to be poiitically correct?

For instance, if you were to refer to Jesse Jackson as a nigger, that would be politically incorrect.

But in the broader context, it would be accurate. The term 'nigger' is derogatory and used to describe certain black people in a negative way. Jesse deserves to be described in the most negative way possible. Nigger fits. He's a slimeball and the term 'nigger' is perfect for him. It works well for Johnny Cochran too.

I would never use a term like that to describe someone whom I respect, and who happens to be black. Blacks like Condoleeza Rice, Clarence Thomas, and Charles Barkley are not niggers. They are highly respected citizens.

Nor would I use the term Fag to describe a gay person whom I respect. There are quite a few like that. But a fag like Barney Frank deserves to be called a fag. That's what he is. The only other possibly appropriate choice would be 'cocksucker.'

So let's back off on politically correct and call them as we see them. Accuracy (objectivity) trumps political correctness every time.
