Whereas We The People, the Citizens of the United States of America are Sovereign in this Nation under the Constitution of the United States, and

Whereas We The Sovereign Citizens of the United States are the Owners of the United States, registering all private property, licensing all business enterprises of the Nation, and issuing the charters of all corporations who do business in the Nation, and

Whereas We The Sovereign Citizens of the United States employ the President, the Members of Congress and the Justices of the Supreme Court as Our representatives, along with the employees of divers government agencies,

Therefore Be It Resolved that We the Sovereign Citizens of the United States direct Our employees in Congress to cause the Treasury of the United States to issue once each year a National Dividend check to each Citizen who has been issued a Social Security Number. Such National Dividend Check to be equal in value to the Gross Domestic Product per Capita of the United States of America.
