Scott Ritter Speech Cancelled at Studio City School

by Tell Students the Truth. Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003 at 8:18 AM

Former Chief U.N Weapons Inspector and Iraq War Critic Scott Ritter was scheduled to speak at Walter Reed Middle School in Studio City today. At the last minute the speech was cancelled. Apparently, a small group of parents complained about Ritter, calling him a child pornographer. Some students were visibly and vocally upset; they began a petition to make clear to the school's administration that they wanted to hear Ritter speak.

Why in the world would students want to hear the words of a known sexual predator with a predilection for teenage girls?

Why the hell would we elect a racist sexist woman abusing nazi for governor? Ritter was cleared of those charges by the way. Shwartze was not.

The case was dismissed

You're right. The case was dismissed. Ritter won't comment on it. Was he in a sex chat with a young girl? Possibly. Is that a problem? It is, but not so much that it would discredit his expertise.

Ritter is no radical. He's a conservative guy, personally and politically. But he was in Iraq and knows what went on.

Let him speak...child molester or not. Who cares.

The important thing is that when the time to act came, we didn't listen to fools like him with their appeasement philosophies.

Ritter can whine and moan all he wants. Of course there are WMD in Iraq. Besides the ones buried and transferred there are thousands of armed koranimals.

I think a few of the 1000 pound bombs we dropped had his name painted on them.

predators

Of course, Marine Corps bases right here in California are chock full of sexual predators of all types; read the book Twenty Nine Palms for some of the details. But these fellows get honored as heroes because, unlike Ritter, they gave unthinking obediance to G.W. Noodlebrain and went off to kill thousands in Iraq.

I suspect you'll find a fairly standard distribution of pedofiles across all walks of life. I'm sure that Marines and ALL the armed forces for that matter have their share. Obviously the anti-American/anti-Bush crowd does as is proved by Ritter.

So what? He's still wrong even if he does like little girls.
