As a freelance reporter for the INDIMEDIA -I was arrested twice; once for taking pictures of DR Horton Representatives moving fences and changing property lines and then for gardening in my front yard. Charges dropped.
DR Horton has ads on a billboard that say they are on the New York stock exchange but the ad does not say that they are licensed or bonded in Washington County Oregon. I was arrested for documenting that they were changing property lines. I discovered that the builder filed fraudulent business names on the application for a building permit and that they filed a fraudulent contractor bond number on the application. The County building inspectors approved the housing development for 20 hmes in the Christopher Place Development without verifying that they were licensed in accordance with Oregon State Laws. The building permit shows the owner as RMP Properties/ DR Horton and both entities are not licensed. The statutory warranty deed on my sisters home lists the Seller with another name and that name is not licensed or bonded either. The police act as enforcers for the builder. The honorable judge Lund's daughter is married to the Sheriff. This case involves false swearing, extrinsic fraud, interstate fraud because DR Horton is a Texas Company doing buiness in Oregon, 42 USC 1983 claims, Illegal Search and Seizure, and violation of First Amendment rights of Freedom of the Press. The police arrested me twice, Officer Willard and Officer Jensen were engaged in false swearing in violation of Oregon State Law ORS 162.075. THIS IS A PUBLIC INTEREST ISSUE AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. Please help.

Thank you for posting my article on DR Horton. They are the 4th largest builder in America. We bought a house from them in 1999. The statutory warranty deed has a fiticious name listed for the grantor. The building permits were issued to a fiticious name and the builder used a fraudulent contractor bond number. The city attorney, Dan Olson approved the development. The Washington County police acted as enforcers for the builder and actively engaged in intimidation and threats of me and my family. We have also written articles in the New York Indymedia called, " What responsibitity does the Oregon Bar Assoc have? " and we have written articles in the Portland Indymedia and Seattle Indymedia about this topic of DR Horton. You can find our articles by searching for DR Horton.
