Any feelings? What if some union-busting PR company, paid for by some corporate lobby, posted this? There's no way to know who posted this.

Here's some info about the site it came from - it's a Reaganist group. ------------------------------------- Peter Flaherty co-founded the National Legal and Policy Center in 1991 and has served as President since that time. From 1984 to 1988, Mr. Flaherty served as Chairman of the lobbying group Citizens for Reagan.
Mr. Flaherty has been interviewed on over 1,000 radio and television programs, including ABC’s Nightline, the MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour, CNN’s Crossfire, C-SPAN, Fox News Channel’s The O’Reilly Factor and Hannity & Colmes, and the news programs of the three broadcast networks.
He is the author of many opinion articles which have appeared in publications like USA Today, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Baltimore Sun, Atlanta Constitution, Detroit News, Policy Review and Human Events.
Mr. Flaherty is co-author of a book entitled The First Lady: A Comprehensive View of Hillary Rodham Clinton published in 1996. Recognized as a Hillary expert, he provided instant analysis on MSNBC to Hillary's 1998 NBC Today Show interview in which she alleged a “massive right-wing conspiracy.”
In his 1994 book Worth It All, former House Speaker Jim Wright (D-TX) lamented Mr. Flaherty’s actions which helped force Wright’s resignation.

Free speech is free speech.
I am a labor activist & organizer & when there is corruption that hurts our cause. It's the first thing union busters jump on & it definitely lends to the skepticism of folks who've never had personal experience of being in a union.
Rather than suppress this posting, we need to ask "Is there any truth to this???"
In my opinion, SEIU as an organization is a bloated, bureaucratic behemoth that has become too large to police itself. And growth for growth's sake does little to promote union democracy.

SEIU has got to be to lowest for of life form out there. I work in a small community hospital. SEIU convinced its members to strike. The vote to strike was fixed. No doubt. A small community hospital that was over 4 million dollars in the red. SEIU takes 90% for union dues for non members. Non members are paying more as a non union member than they are for their pensions. What's wrong with the American worker?
