Exhibition "ColorRythms" at the Off Rose Gallery in Venice is worth the visit to an unexpectly beautiful alternative gallery.

I arrived at the Off Rose Gallery not knowing what to expect. The gallery is located behind a house on a resident street in Venice. The signage for the gallery is minimal, but it's part of the charm. Once you enter the gate to the gallery your are in for a visual treat. The current exhibit "ColorRhythms" has paintings by Barbara Kolo and ceramics by Chris Dworin. Ms. Kolo's hibiscus silhouette's juxtaposed with Mr. Dworins highly glazed toros are well suited. Off Rose Gallery is located at 841 Flower Ave., Venice 310-664-8977.
