Federal Whistle Blower, files $3 Billion Dollar lawsuit against the U.S.Army.
Has anyone ever done any intervention?
Isabel Munoz Acosta , Assistant US Attorney was assigned to fight against me in a federal civil case 02-2279(HL) I have against the US Army (Secretary of the Army, Thomas E. White "Mr. Enron") in Federal District Court San Juan; filed August 26, 2002
After I blew the whistle on fraud, waste and abuse as a federal officer at the time of Hurricane Georges 1998 ($880 Million + dollars worth), I was quickly terminated from 11 years honorable federal government service and a cover-up attempted to included a "death threat" to stay silent by US Government officials... I was able to fully document the "death threat" but was unable to get the FBI to investigate it using my Title 18 protections as a federal officer at the time. Who'd figure?
Now I have filed a Pro-Se (and in forma Pauperis ) claim against the feds for the maximum possible in discrimination and wrongful termination plus violations of my first amendment rights (internet WebPages exposing internal government corruption) as the feds "ONLY" excuse or so called evidence to terminate my honorable federal employment of 11years was my web-publishing alleging rampant corruption in the US Army Corps of Engineers and FEMA as an eye witness.
Does anyone have any Attorney contacts (or recommendations) in Puerto Rico who would be competent against the US Attorney's office (namely Isabel Munoz Acosta) here in Puerto Rico?
