This upcoming weekend, the Broken Wrist Project (book publishing company/artist collective) is throwing a gallery show/party in downtown Los Angeles. It's been about a year since we've done anything on our home turf, so we're bring it back to where it all started. Should be lots of fun. Wine-and-cheese art openings are for your grandparents. On September 13th, a new crop of BWP painters and photographers will be at the Treehouse Gallery in Los Angeles. Arthur Giron, Travis Chatam, Ryan Smith, Ashley Macomber, Mike Piscitelli, and Zen Sekizawa.
Last Summer, BWP hosted a successful debut show in downtown Los Angeles and participants in that exhibit will be chipping into "The Hello Show" as well. Artists include, Steve Sueoka, Kevin Christy, Martha Rich, Corey Sandelius, Jeff Soto, Kyoko Kawasaki, Corey Sandelius, Taylor McKimmens, and P-Jay Fidler.
Live music will me provided by Ukefink.
On sale will be our first 2 publications (BWP ONE and BWP TWO), as well as some brand new BWP T-Shirts.
Admission is FREE! We will be serving drinks and have a nice greasy taco truck out from for you to get your grub on.
