There is so much evidence on Sherman, how anybody can defend him is beyond me. In fact, the only way you could defend the guy is to agree that we should attempt to destroy our method of government. Guess... all you have to do is VOTE!

So much material... it settles argument. And it is NOT a free speech issue.

So it's ok for our government to knowingly kill TENS OF THOUSANDS of innocent people through "war" but it's criminal and "low-life" to defend our constitutional rights and provide a forum for ALL people to express their views. For this is all that Sherman is guilty of. His conviction is no more than a re-enactment of the Alien and Sedition Act. If there's anyone that needs to leave this country its all of you self-proclaimed enlightened ones who refuse to remove the blindfolds preventing you from seeing the realities of this country and its actions and the devestation being brought upon the world because too few of us are doing anything to change it.

Sherman was convicted of breaking the law...not for voicing his opinion.

You see, reality has a way of being what it is, not what you wish it to be.

1. How will you deal with the people who don't support your revolution?

2. How will you deal with the National Guard? They have tanks and guns, you know.

3. How will you assure the continuation of essential services (fire, medical, etc.)?

4. What sort of system would you replace the current one with?

I can't wait for your answers that show a concrete, workable, realistic plan.

If there is such a pervasive need for action against the system, then someone has to have put together a plan by now.

And I'm just curious about it.

Sherman was not "convicted" of anything. He pled guilty on the advice of an unmotivated defense attorney who was scared of going to trial. He was essentially bullied into it and threatened with terrorist sentencing enhancements if he did not.

If Sherman is a lowlife, I wish there were more lowlifes like him - he's a kind, gentle, intelligent man who deserves strong support.

Oh, and by the way? The person who actually wrote and posted the link to the "reclaim guide" - the document that got Sherman into this mess - has never once been charged, despite the fact that HE is the one advocating the use of explosives to overthrow the government.

I could go through Google and find, within seconds, recipes very like the ones written in the reclaim guide that the feds don't care about.

The only lowlife I see here is the one speaking from ignorance.

bottom line is, HE PLED GUILTY....if he was a person of substance he would have fought it...had he be innocent....
