No, we won't explore new energy sources.
No, we haven't squeezed all the profit out of oil yet.

His drawing shows a basic misunderstanding of Americans, and especially New Yorkers.
Americans do not cower in fear.
And as evidenced by the blackout in NYC, the people there pulled together and helped each other. In a city with people who have a reputation for knocking you in the head if they have a chance, the people held out helping hands.
Nothing like the drawing.

"You demand the government force utility companies to provide free power with zero emissions with no outages and no new transmission lines in your back yard.'
It's called engineering. We have the technology but lack the economic incentive Using earth field resonance, we can supply power without wires and with out meters too, heh, heh. The ionosphere is a power supply beyond our needs by any conceivably needed or safe load. The rest is merely another serious engineering build. That's only one known source. And believe me it is known. Google search [Haarp]. Let the peasents play. There are more mundane to exotic models for filling your listed parameters of build.. Tesla knew and we are rediscovering the structures of the j axises. But we have learned one thing yet again. The insider corruptions of such monopolistic power. And how Fragile they are.

It's past time to tell these people to shut up, relegate them back to a dark corners of frindge society where they rightfully belong, and get on with the business of providing the goods and services we as consumers want and need.

...funny how these geeks yell and yell about the hands of business being tied by environmentalists...COMPLETELY ignoring the fact that it is not (as it was not here in CA) a generating capacity issue...but a distribution/marketing issue....

Radical evironmentalists have prevented the building of new facilities, the drilling for more oil and natural gas resources, etc.... Companies can't be blamed for not being able to build new plants or drill for new resources, thus keeping up with the increasing demand. It was only a matter of time until the radical agenda of the short-sighted left caught up with us.
California should have built a minimum of five nuclear power plants in the past 20 years. The enviro radicals wouldn't allow it. California should be selling energy to other states, not being dependent as we are now. How long will it be until the majority of the American people learn to simply ignore these radicals? When these leftists are rightfully releguated to the dust-bin of society, then we the people will build a better world for all people.

What's the matter with you, can't you READ? The huge bailout of the CA utility industry in '98 was PRECISELY due to huge cost overruns from nuclear power. We were sold a bill of goods ("power too cheap to meter" was the lie told at the time), and the consumer was left holding the bag to the tune of $28 billion for these poor managment decisions (Prop 9 would have halted this boondoggle, but the utilities ponied up $39 million worth of lies to defeat it).
The later manufactured "crisis" was not because of lack of capacity, but because generators held back power in order to drive up prices in the newly deregulated market created by AB 1890. I am sure honest Californians with a memory and a utility bill will recall the promise of an immediate and long lasting 20% rate reduction. Well, what happened to that? Fucked again by the utilities....
...why do you Republicans always carry water for these reprobate criminals? It really is sad....it's not like they even PAY you for your lackey services....

"Environmentalists even oppose generating electricity by harnessing the natural power of rivers through clean hydroelectric dams. In fact, leading environmentalists lobby to have the dams torn down. They cite the dams' impact on fish, but in fact they oppose, on general principle, the notion of toying with nature."
They may claim they oppose the notion of toying with nature, but they are anti-capitalist. Nature is not the issue. Man is the issue. These people believe the Earth is our "Mother". How fucking loopey is that? They want us all to live in caves. We need to get back to the land. Stop using electricity and cars and other things that hurt out "Mother". Screwballs, every last one of them.
"however, these crazies want to sacrifice the human race in favor of snails and fish."
Exactly. The Earth is the snails and fishes "Mother". It's mankind that is the evil predator that needs to be bound up. What have fish and snails ever done to us, they ask. Crazies is being too polite when describing these idiots.

No doubt posts of right-wingers have been deleted by the collective. One only needs to look on the comments page to see who the last "author" was, and then click on and go to the bottom to see the author of the last posting is not the same.
IMC collectives do that routinely to erase items which shine the light of truth on their make-believe world.

Were you there?
No?
Then why are you assuming so many things?
Oh...you've already made up your mind. I see.
I like this little gem: "...but the claim that he lunged at the police officers could easily have been the product of what seemed to Officer Andrade to be a tense and potentially dangerous situation." Either he lunged ot he didn't. It's difficult to confuse a lunge with a knife with a non-lunge.
And this: "Even if Yousef had been attempting to harm the police officers, pepper spray or billy clubs would have been sufficient to neutralize the threat, and is a much more appropriate response to the possible but unconfirmed threat of a man answering his door while holding a knife around dinner time." So...the officers are supposed to holster their drawn weapons and bust out the pepper spray and billy clubs while Yousef is mid-lunge? Sure. You try that sometime.
Yousef would still be alive had the event gone like this: Knock, knock. "LAPD! Open up!"
Yousef thinks, "Holy crap! The cops! I'd better but down this knife!" He does, and opens the door.
Andrade: "Are you Yousef Mollah? Sir, we need to take you downtown for questioning."
See how simple that would have been? But no...he had to go and do something stupid...hold a knife while opening the door to the cops.
That is not survival-oriented behaviour.

****There ya go, utterfailure. This was on the PHOTOS: Justice for Yousuf Mollah! thread. Now, would you like to admit the truth that la-imc deletes posts that don't kiss the kollektive's butt, or are you going to reamin stupid and ignorant?

It is this type of rhetoric that will turn off the working class from listening to our message. It reflects upon the movement as a whole, making it appear very immature. Until this type of behavior is abated, those who do such things will continue to be a running sore on the face of those of us active in the struggle.

We've had extensive discussions on the main IMC where it was pointed out the sun does this constantly on a much larger scale, then when there's sunspots or magnetic storms it's thousands of times stronger, the effect is only on an extremely thin layer of charged particles above 99.8 % of the atmosphere in an "unfriendly" part of the outer reaches where more people call it space (it looks like space)
See there's several layers and this is just one of them - these only reflect radio waves.. The magnetic flux is concentrated at the poles but that's actually safer since the pole's tightly controlled pattern "keeps it in line".
If HAARP was even beginning to fuck with anything the first sign we'd see is compasses would start fluctuating, considering the frequency the needle would actually wiggle.
(ELF)
Since the earth only cares about substained static forces HAARP is expected to have *no effect* and is only a way to reflect radio signals further like the sun does at dusk & dawn.. It's just imitating that effect on a smaller narrower more controlled scale. It's like shining a spotlight (well a really big floodlight, but still a spotlight) compared to the sun. Shine the brightest searchlight you can find (2.5 million candlepower ?)in the sun and see how much brighter the sun is... Yet at night this searchlight seems really bright..
Even 1,000 of these searchlights in the sun do little... That's the effect HAARP has on a long-term scale.

One of my favorite bumper stickers is "Why do people with closed minds always have to open their mouths." Anyone who is willing to blame environmentalist for the bureaucratic bullshit that we face as a country is an idiot. You should stop putting your garbage out to the street and start storing it in your house so that you get used to an environment filled with your own trash and you can live with it. Since a clean environment isn't important to you should: 1. Not Recycle and store bottles and cans in your house or yard whatever suits you. 2. Don't throw your trash away just throw it on your floor this way no one has to deal with it but you. 3. Every time you change your oil in your car just poor it into your bottle of spring water that you store in your fridge this way it doesn't affect anyone but you and your family. 4. when you shit in the toilet don't flush it and don't throw your dirty toilet paper in the toilet. Just leave it so that you can really say that there is no need for environmentalists because the only place that is being polluted is your own and that is truly your choice. Until you are willing to deal completely with everything that is a product of you then you should accept the fact that environmentalists are very much needed.
