curfew ticket no signs anywhere and handicap placard
i recieved a curfew parking ticket in walnut at about 2:33 am today and there are no signs anywhere around the neighborhood stating that you cant park from between 2-4am second also i have a handicap placard is there anything i can do to screw these po's up
