As some of you know Anarchist Political Prison Robert Middaugh AKA Ruckus was due to be released from jail. He's been in jail since the police riot on May 2001 in Long Beach, over 2 fucking years!
Recently emails were received from his Mom and also another friend who are trying to track him down to figure out what's going on with him..

These are emails that were recieved, if ANYONE knows more about the situation please get in touch with insurgent@email.com so we can get on it.. He's being charged again and arraigned on July 28th.

"My brother-in-law has been able to find out what is happenning. He is going to be charged with assaulting a government official, wearing a mask to hide identy and wearing a dagger. He will be arraigned in LA Federal Court on Monday the 28th of this month.
I don't have a CDC # yet. I'll go see him as soon as I can. I havn't heard from him. I fear he clammed up and they put him in the hole. He should be in LA by next Friday, the 25th. I hope I hear from him soon.

He's already spent over 2 years in jail over pure BULL SHIT and right when he's about to be released this shit happens..


Sherman Austin, webmaster/founder of RTF / Raisethefist.com has his rescedualed sentencing on July 28th. At Austin's last court date, the Judge stated he wanted to give Austin at least 8-10 months jail time, but first wanted to have Rober Muller, head Director of FBI in Washington, DC consult on the case and give his opinion on sentencing since the Judge felt the 4 months in jail Austin was initialy expecting to get was "too little" - and in the Judge's own words, wouldn't set a good enough example for future revolutionaries.

These are two seperate cases however they are very much the same because they are nothing but political. Austin's case is schedualed for 11AM, in the court room of Judge Steven V. Wilson. We do not yet know what time Robert Middaugh's araignment is schedualed (probibly early morning) but will find out ASAP.

The state is continuing to intensify persecution against anarchists, political dissents, immigrants and people of color. We must fight back! We must support all political prisoners and prisoners of war!

There was a recent 9th Circuit Court opinion exonerating a defendant that was being detained since 1998 without a trial.

If Rukus has not waived his right to a speedy trial, then he needs to fight for his exoneration and take a habeous corpus writ.

That's what they get for spouting off bullshit and trying to overthrow the government. Anarchists are a threat to national security in ANY country they fester in. They are like nail fungus.
