Specifically through the workings of Pig-Chief Bratton and his dumb-ass "broken windows project" in which he is targeting our youth, by having zero tolerance on minor crimes. Punishing any so called "offenders" with hard sentences, to discourage harder crimes.
Bratton has a record of waging wars against graff and for this we must organize. We can see fake advertisements like T.A.G. (Totally Against Graffiti) which bribes civilians to spy on civilians for money, as well as in schools where they hook kids up with prizes for information on "graffiti vandalism." Like if Graff was the real problem facing Amerikkka. It is obvious that laws are not here to protect and serve our interest, for our voice is being heard but ignored by the ruling class. Therefore we will let our voices be heard through the __expression of Graff.

Like it says in the draft of the G.A.T.S. Manifesto:
"Based upon the statement that "Blank walls equal blank minds" G.A.T.S. aims to give the city a voice: A rebellious and unapologetic voice that is against everything wrong with this sytem. With spraycans, slap tags, markers, wheatpaste and other tools of self-expression we will scream and we will be heard.
In a time when graffiti has been demonized and called ugly we pledge to expose its importance in the realm of politics and raise it to the level no other kind of art has reached. We worry not about the legalities of our actions, but of the message we try to convey. We know that if graffiti didn't change anything they would make it legal.
We unite with people based on out main tasks, which are as follows:
Stop the war on graffiti/youth
Bring political life to people, especially the youth
Create public opinion
Bring advanced organization into graffiti
Bust missions as to promote graffiti as an art
