The time is now--let's do it!
Why hasn't Bush been impeached yet? Wait, don't answer that. Let's just do it now. I took a look at the Impeach Bush web site for the first time in a while. They have updated their Articles of Impeachment, and they are in printable pdf format so that we can make sure people who aren't online see them as well. Also, we have a collection of printable Impeach Bush posters at The Peace Pretzel ( http://protest.bmgbiz.net)

Bush hasn't been impeached because there is no reason to impeach him.
Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives, and for good reason.
No one has even suggested that Bush be impeached, aside from a few ultra left wing loonies like Ramsey Clark. Of course, Ramsey has been discredited for years now as someone who probably ought to be in a mental institution behind bars.
There has been no serious suggestion that he be impeached by anyone in the congress. That's because GWB is doing such a great job as President. Anyone suggesting that he be impeached would be making a fool of themselves.
No one in Congress is going to suggest such an action unless it's one of the few oddball members who have zero credibility to begin with and are already the laughing stock of Congress. There aren't many like that but there are a few (Barbara Boxer in the Senate, Sheila Jackson Lee in the House, etc.).

without the usual crew of weasels ( monkeyboy is left alone on the snipe hunt ) and now I wonder what their new tactics will beafter this current conference in which we get a breathing space. They can't use porn now because they got LA IMC pissed off. Oh well, let's clean off our boots, make sure we have the scuppers open and the firehose unshipped. Oh. And watch the rats jump ship at the U.S.S. Bush.

We've had our hands busy fighting against the Bush Regime. Bush is on his way down. After the fall, we'll have time on our hands. I suggest rounding up the FReepers, shaving their heads, and parading them down the street.

Now GW wants to change the story and say "Hey it wasnt me it was the CIA. So much for leadership that takes responsibility for its actions. Now the whole war will be dismissed as "Oops" No need to check those pesky trivialities like accurate intellegence, to begin a war and start killing people. So what if 200+ have died and 1000+ are wounded (not even to count the 10's of thousands of Iraqis) Sounds like an Oswald line from a Kennedy assassination film. "It wasnt me, it was the CIA" This your leader.

Oh my Sheepdog, you don't value my opinion.
I'm truly stunned.
As you doubtless have observed, most of my posts here are aimed at winning over you and Diogenes to the Republican Party. I wanted to make good citizens out of you both, help you reclaim your lives, and move you both to a higher plane.
Well darn! I can't help someone who won't listen. I guess you'll just have to continue down the road to ruin.

An oldie but goodie form the G.O.P.: from Ollie North to Richard Tenet, a scapegoat is a scapegoat to these Grand ol' Peckers...
A new party game for Republicans: Pick a crony to take the fall, pay him off and have a ball!

I've got a hundred smackers says GWB doesn't get impeached, ever. I've got another hundred smackers says he gets re-elected. I've got another hundred smackers says he gets ranked as on of the top ten Presidents in history. And, I've got a thousand smackers that you lefties will just sit around and whine about it.
