Those who spy shall be spied upon.

Who Exactly are the Paranoid Anti-Americans?
..."I envision 100 million Americans looking for indicators of terrorism and promptly reporting it to a central database where it would get analyzed." Or so says Mike Licata of the New Jersey-based Community Anti-Terrorism Training Institute, or CAT Eyes who wishes to create what he calls "a modern civil defense network," converting neighborhood watch groups into "antiterrorist informant cells".

Since Mike Licata wants to know everything about us, let's see what we can find out about Mike Licata:

From: Building a nation of snoops

We learn that Mike Licata is a high school teacher and retired Air Force officer.

He created the Orwellian CAT Eyes program.

Here is the domain registration information for the Cat Eyes website:

Thus, from the above, you can find Mike Licata's email address.  He wants to everything about you.  In fact, he hopes to recruit 100,000,000 Americans to spy on you.  You may just want to ask him what he plans on doing with all of that information.

Here's some paranoid advice from a page that refers to people to C.A.T. Eyes:

  • Take notice of odd occurrences or the strange movement of people.
  • Take notice of unguarded packages.
  • Take notice of abandoned cars or trucks.
  • Watch people around crowded and high-risk areas. Are they:
    • Making strange movements.
    • "Casing," "sketching," or "video taping" the area.
    • Communicating on cell phones in a location that would be considered unusual or using walkie-talkies.
    • Notice people who look agitated, nervous, or won't look at you.

Do we get to report people walking around looking for people to report?

More paranoia from this page:

"That mother wandering by with a baby stroller? She might not be so maternal after all. That kindly looking priest? He might have no ties to religion in reality."

You know, Mike Licata,  from your rantings you sound very agitated and nervous.  I think your program is an odd occurrence.  How do I know that YOU are not a terrorist?  After all, you seem to be trying to infiltrate law enforcement, collect information on people, and raise the sense of fear and boding within the US.  This is very disconcerting.  Perhaps Americans should go to the FBI website and post a tip about your strange behavior?  What do you think?
