100,000 Signatures Plus to Recall Gov Davis

by California Voter Tuesday, May. 06, 2003 at 7:17 PM

The 100,000 signature mark has been passed in the campaign to Recall Gov Gray Davis, the worst governor in California's history. They said it could not be done, but that much has been done and the campaign is now paying 200 circulators to gather signatures.

The 100,000 signature mark has been passed in the campaign to Recall Gov Gray Davis, the worst governor in California's history. They said it could not be done, but that much has been done and the campaign is now paying 200 circulators to gather signatures.

The Los Angeles Daily News of May 3, 2003 carried the story on the 100,000 milestone at:
http://www.davisrecall.com/news/rel_details.cfm?prid=PR030504A

The deadline is Sept. 2.

Should the recall make the ballot, I expect the progressive community to have candidates for governor, both Red and Green. It is not necessary or wise for any progressive organization to endorse the recall drive or officially participate in it, although lots of us are going to or already have signed the recall petition. It is, however, necessary that the Reds and Greens each run a candidate for governor should the recall make the ballot.

All aboard the Recall Gray Davis train! It is time to put an end to the prisons instead of schools agenda that constitutes the program of that good Democrat Gov. Gray Davis, and good riddance to his worthless Democratic Party too. No matter who gets in office, if they do not deliver the goods and services to the workingclass, we will continue to scream until they do.

Subject: American Citizens Electoral Rights

Description of Events Supporting Complaint:

Last November while watching the election results in California I noticed the offices of governor, insurance commissioner, controller, treasurer, attorney general, and superintendent of schools were all the same.

The voters were voting on a 40/40 ratio with 10% of the precincts reporting. Of course, in order for this to happen every other person walking in and voting had to vote for the other candidate in order to keep the (40/40) ratio going.

Then on Wednesday (Nov.6, 2002) I pick up the USA Today to see the races and notice the paper doesn't have the final numbers yet, most precincts reporting less than 100%. Then I see California.

As printed in the USA Today's Nov. 6, 2002 paper. With 60% of the precincts reporting, Gov. (47-42), Controller (45-45), Insurance Commissioner (46-42), treasurer (49-40), Sec. Of State (46-42), State Sup. Of Schools (61-38), Lt. Gov. (49-41), and Attorney General (51-40).

Here are the final numbers, in Thursday's USA Today's Nov. 7, 2002. Gov. (47-42), Controller (45-45), Insurance Commissioner (46-42), Treasurer (49-40), Sec. Of State (46-42), State Sup. Of Schools (62-38), Lt. Gov. (49-42) Attorney General (51-40)

The numbers never changed! In none of these races!

From Wednesday's 60% of the precincts reporting to Thursday's final 100% of the precincts reporting, the numbers stayed the same!

There it is published in the USA Today. Then I noticed that this also happened with many other races across the country! Including the State Referendums.

All American citizens voting the same from beginning to end in ever contest? See for yourself. USA Today for Nov. 6th 2002, & Nov. 7th 2002.

Most of our Federal Senators were elected on a 60/30 % ratio or a 50/40 % ratio from beginning to end across the nation. Lets face it, our Constitutional right to elect our representatives has been taken away! The people who did this to us decided our State referendums, our federal senators, Governors, State judges, State senators, and every other office (boards, commissioners, etc.) that we the people were supposedly voting for.

The evidence is printed in our papers. We are under a dictatorship.

The machines that count the votes must be preprogrammed ahead of time (they are specially made) to decide who will win the election before a single vote (a punch card usually) goes into the machine. The percentage by which the candidate will win is also entered into the machine ahead of time because they don't know how many voters will be turning out and their candidate has to win.

This is why the numbers in the USA Today Newspapers never changed.

The ACLU has also been contacted, and so have many legal journals and civil rights organizations and the FBI.

There is a specific elections fraud United States Code that has been violated, fixing the outcome of elections is a Federal Crime.

I will assume that this has been going on for years, and therefore all of the key Governmental Offices are already filled with people involved in the conspiracy.

A free America? Not on election day!

See for yourself in the USA Today newspapers of, Nov.6, 2002 & Nov.7, 2002

Our constitutional right to elect our government has been taken away. A federal crime has committed.

Our only hope is to expose this before the 2004 elections.

A criminal conspiracy is "an agreement to commit a crime." United States v. Lechuga, 994 F.2d 346, 348 (7th Cir).

They (who ever did this) have to be held accountable. They are just citizens, like you and me.

We can not let them get away with this again.

Good post, Paul.
We don't hear about exit polls anymore, do we?
I can't believe these folks... I blame the
Television and it's mind numbing effects.
Does anyone ever feel insulted to be told ( by laugh track)
that something is funny?
I hate it. Mine holds books now. Kept the cabinet.
We must keep up the alternate flow of information.
Keep asking questions. Demand answers.
