Britney Settles

by AAP NEWSWIRE Friday, Apr. 18, 2003 at 11:26 AM

Britney relaxes after settling lawsuit...

Britney Spears' and Masahiko Shizawa settled their problem out-of-court, officials said Wednesday.

Britney accused Shizawa of stalking her by sending hundreds of love letters and photos.

According to one unidentified source, Ms. Spears was afraid to go near her computer for fear of what

she might read next.

He's not a stalker," Simon R. Hiller said during a February hearing. "He's an avid fan."

In related news, Hollywood Reporter announced the creation of a new line of Britney Spears clothes.

"This line-up will be huge!", one source said.

Pressed to offer a description, he replied,

"Let's just say, the waistband travels a little farther

south than ever before."
