The Guides we have prepared are meant as public service announcements to fill in the intentional gaps left by the media and the government about the dire situation that THEY have created through aggression and terrible misinformation – in fact gross lies and psychological manipulation. The behavior of the media and the government is not only criminal in Iraq and many other countries (Colombia, Palestine, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Pakistan), but domestically their behavior is an extreme form of treason. If there was an International Criminal Court for war crimes against the potential for Democracy then the US and Bush in particular would be guilty of a near infinite variety of charges. This guide seeks to inform, agitate and spark debate.
Besides the threats outlined here there is a certain threat that Mr. Bush will fabricate reasons for Martial Law as he pursues continued war crimes around the world. An update on Coping and Reversing Martial Law will be out soon.
A GUIDE FOR LIVING IN DANGEROUS TIMES (Part 3)
Mr. Bush has chosen a path of world war that puts its citizens in harms way. This guide is meant to educate and alert peaceful citizens of the many dangers present all around them. What they chose to do with this information is a personal and collective decision that we have no control over. A world of changes awaits…
All US soldiers, defense contractors and most of its citizens are considered war criminals and subject to arrest or aggression. Any group can morally attack the US anywhere and anyway that it wants. Terror attacks on anything related to the US will now be considered global self defense by most of the world. Terrorists are now seen as legitimate freedom fighters struggling against the evil empire of the criminal little Bush. Iraq and other targets of US violence -- THE WHOLE WORLD -- have every right to defend themselves with every weapon available to it – including nuclear, chemical and biological weapons.
A particularly dangerous situation arises because the US government is not democratic and its citizens also support the terrorism and the war crimes of its government. Well-meaning activists who feel compelled to stop their government are forced to become domestic terrorists when democracy is absent or the majority support terror. No one seems to be addressing this inevitability which only serves to reinforce the convictions of these Newbie Freedom Fighters.
Extreme Danger to all Living in Times of War
As I walked around the streets of Chicago last week, I saw so many dangers and targets for terror. People opposed to US war crimes might attack cars, shopping malls and the electric system. These necessities seem especially vulnerable and so important to consumers’ psychology and the hype of growth and prosperity that powers Wall Street. It is so easy for anyone to disrupt the transportation sector. A box of roofing nails spread along major intersections and highways would flatten many tires and create accidents and traffic jams. Even kids on bicycles or moto bikes could spread them or toss them off of overpasses. Plastic bags filled with one inch long roofing nails would seem to be one dispersal method. I remember reading a book called Eco Defense by Dave Foreman that mentioned welding large bent nails into a caltrop that would sit just right on the road and take out even semi-truck tires.
After watching a program on car bombings in Israel and Iraq I realized that this could happen in the US and would create quite a stir at rush hour intersections. Even small car bombs, incendiary devices like gasoline (half kerosene is also used) filled milk jugs or cars rigged to create lots of smoke would be devastating to traffic, the police and shoppers’ psychology. If propane tanks or other booby traps were left in the cars then the police could be killed (and others) or it might take a long time to safely clear the intersection. Even if people started to drive less too, small devices in disabled cars could still create massive traffic jams especially if several busy intersections and or highway on-ramps were struck. This could lead to a decline in the US economy if it spread to several cities and would certainly cause devastation for many downtown businesses.
Bridges and over or underpasses and (urban or rural) railroad crossings would all be key targets. Large truck bombs or gasoline tanker trucks could destroy whole bridges. And all these terrorists would need is a few junk cars or busses, some gasoline or homemade explosives (propane tanks or acetylene?) It would seen impossible to stop these attacks and the culprits would probably even get away. A large group of determined terrorists could take a whole bridge full of traffic hostage. Imagine that, terrifying!
These simple car bombings (or fires) could tie up traffic and create a situation for terror attacks on businesses, hospitals, power plants or electrical transformer substations. Clever ruses and distractions will confuse the police who will be busy chasing the wrong crime and ending up stuck in traffic. I imagine that more sophisticated groups will first take out those shiny black 360 degree surveillance cameras, some phone lines and cell phone towers to create maximum chaos and cover for their primary target. Jamming of police frequencies and broadcast media (or direct attacks on either) are possible and these are only the musings of a rank amateur, a simple writer. Dirty bombs, nukes, mortars…
These ideas are surely spreading around the West and the whole world. The motivations and goals of some groups may vary, but it seems that the trigger for a new popular global terrorism might be that 20 million people have protested, almost every religious leader has condemned the US, the UN tried to stop this war and yet the US and its president don’t listen, don’t care and don’t explain.
I heard some punk kids joking (?) at a sidewalk cafe that they thought it would be way cool if somebody carjacked a Hummer or big SUV (OR Rolls Royce) and drove it downtown and torched it at rush hour. Another kid said they should take the Hummer or Humvee or other SUVs to a fany restaurant or jewelry store and blow it up there. Later I heard them say that those pig--people driving big trucks around with US flags on them seemed to be begging to become martyrs for the Anti-christ. Insurance companies should probably increase premiums on people who fly flags during a dirty war!
SO, if you see some kids carrying black plastic bags, they might not be their dirty clothes they might be full of oil and gas soaked rags, with a timing device inside. If you see a candle burning under a SUV at a car dealership, check to see if the candle is stuck in a jug of gasoline, then run like hell. I hope things don’t get too crazy. Maybe the kids could just make it be a performance art event where they made a lot of colored smoke and firecrackers shoot out of the (non-violently) carjacked vehicles, instead of ammounium nitrate or propane tank filled bombs.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM VULNERABILITIES:
LIGHTS OUT EVERYBODY HOME!
Another thing to watch out for is attacks on the electrical system. One hears much about the US National Guard defending nuclear power plants; as with most of the 70 billion dollar Homeland Security Corporate scam, this is all hot air and stale farts (Camel farts are the worst!) Anyone living near a nuclear power plant or who gets most of their power from one should consider moving soon (before winter absolutely!). But non-nuclear targets are more likely because they are so easy.
If you see someone get out of a car carrying snow tire chains or large wire Bola device near an electrical system transformer substation, you should rush to the store for some candles. The government cannot guard all of the substations and other transformer locations and anyone can simply throw chains or wires on top of these very expensive and sometimes impossible to replace devices. These devices short-out the sytem and can even cause transformer explosions. Rifles and car bombs also work devastatingly against these key components. Such attacks could also be used to create chaos and a diversion while the attackers struck in force against bigger targets, like: water systems, gun stores, army and police headquarters.
Power lines, power poles and hydroelectric dams are also easy targets. So watch out for people carrying chain saws, large grinding machines or anyone placing propane cylinders next to metal power poles. Bt filling up the hollow metal power poles a terrorist could put a timed igniter inside a small hole and this would light the gas and blow up the tower. That is low-tech against modernity!
Threats to electrical power systems means less TV time (declining advertisement revenues) and a decline in the value of stock for the microwavable meal corporations. Better buy some propane for your stove while you are buying candles and real food. The gas distribution system is also very vulnerable, especially as in the electrical system, where they cross rivers and canyons.
US Media offers lots of "Targets" for Terrorists, but No Takers since 9/11! The "Imminent Threat" of Terrorist Attacks on US soil has been advertised and promoted by the Bush Black House - why has there been no Terrorist Strikes since 911. Why haven't terrorists sleeper cells purchased rifles at Gun Shows and then initiated acts by "sniping" at Americans in busy city centers or malls or on crowded freeways? A dozen or so individual Al Qaeda snipers could easily terrorize the entire East or West coasts! Why haven't they lit forest fires during last summer’s severe South-Western "Drought" - or "poisoned" American water supplies or lobbed "gas bombs into crowded subways? These are easy to accomplish. Are the terrorists more interested in complicated planning as in the spectacular "Strikes" on the WTC and the Pentagon - or in much simpler to produce acts with similar results like the two Washington DC "Snipers"
But it's not so simple. It's certainly true the Bush admin, and the propaganday CNN/Fox/etc deliberately terrify amerikans with extreme "scare tactics" It's also true that as the peace movement, CIA, anal-ists (cysts?) and much of the world said: the terrorist threat to the US will INCREASE thanks to this immoral horrible war on Iraq.. And proliferation of WMD will probably increase as countries hurry to create a deterrent against regime change by the Bush "rogue superpower" regime. (See: EconomicDemocracy.org/wtc/)
There will not be major foreign terrorist attacks on American soil until May. There is an irony playing out that few have noticed. The anti-war movement in the US is the reason that we will not see many terrorist attacks – Arabs and other anti-American interests are happy watching the US administration and war hawks embarrassed by tens of thousands protesting weekly in the US and around the world. They don't want to mess with this growing dynamic by launching terror attacks. And they wait to see just how far the stock and bond markets crash before another attack is needed.
The war-mongers should be thankful that there are citizens who possess the courage to make their conscience known. But there will probably be defensive attacks against the US military aggression outside the US, mostly around the Middle-East. The US Empire has engaged the world in trying to dominate and exploit the world. In this case, the US has engaged a duel against Islam. The way things are unfolding, this war will be a clash between two ideologies, one human-made and the other Divine.
HOMEMADE WEAPONS (Research on these is solicited)
Guerrilla groups have long used homemade mortars which though not accurate allow them to hit targets a mile away with large bombs. Some are even set up to fire by timer or remote control, so that the chances of being caught are slim. Though not accurate they can easily hit targets like an airfield, a shopping mall, a government building – even the White House in DC. !!! Be on the lookout –good citizens – these devices may include one or more steel tubes, 4 to 6 feet long that are propped at a 30 to 50 degree angle. Wires and battery devices may also be seen nearby. Some groups have fired propane cylinders (1 to 5 gallon size ?) that have been filled with explosives.
Please send us more information on these and other homemade devices so that we can better alert the public. It is your duty to inform, don't be like the corporate media and sit on the secrets and the critical data: Share and share alike!

How far is the anti-war movement in the US willing to go to stop the U.S. government and its unceasing atrocities? How far are you willing to go, what are you willing to do to stop the massive bloodshed once again caused by the U.S. government? The only possibility of stopping this current military action is to engage in strategies which severely disrupt the war machine, the U.S. economy, and the overall functioning of U.S. society particularly how it relates to consumerism and the economy. A new strategy must begin with our ability to look beyond the business as usual strategies that have failed in the past. It must begin with our allegiance to come to terms with the realization that any and all tactics and strategies must be considered at least available for use.
1) Attack the financial centers of the country. Using covert or black block techniques, shut down financial centers with massive property destruction or online sabotage.
2) Urban rioting focused on government agencies and corporations that profit from war or the destruction of life.
3) Attack the media centers of the country. These media outlets cannot be utilized by the movement as they are owned by the very corporations one should be opposing. Shut down the national media networks, permanently if possible.
4) Spread the battle to the individuals responsible for war and destruction of life, the heads of government and corporations. No longer should these people be able to live their lives in peace while they slaughter countless people. Hit their homes and favorite restaurants or clubs
5) Target U.S. military establishments with any means necessary to slow down the functioning of the military.
7) Strike hard and fast and retreat in anonymity. Select another location, strike again hard and fast and quickly retreat in anonymity. Engage only in actions where you will be victorious. Do not be concerned with alienating the mainstream sectors of the movement.. Stay alert, keep active, and keep fighting.

The sources for discontent in the US are almost infinite. The anthrax that killed people after 911 seems to have come from a US army base. The right wing militia is always capable of pulling off another Oklahoma City bombing. Disgruntled or mentally unbalanced FBI and ATF officials are prone to independent terrorist acts, framing innocent people and sharing information with other death squads. Even the US military and its personnel may turn to terrorism to relieve frustration or to make a point.
US military people are sent to their death from friendly fire, exposure to toxic and radioactive poisons and in unsafe aircraft. This may one day come back to haunt the whole country. Dozens of Black Hawk choppers have crashed in the last year, there is something wrong with them, but the government needs them in the air so US crew members are die each week. In Colombia several have crashed, sometimes because they were overloaded or flying too high in the Andes Mountains. Contractors warned the US and CIA that planes were unsafe in Colombia, but their warnings were ignored. Outlawed Basque separatist group ETA has reportedly produced a handbook for new recruits which spells out the secrets of avoiding capture and being "a good activist".
Extracts from the document have been published by the Madrid daily ABC, which said the "extensive handbook" was produced in an effort to cut the number of captures of ETA members by Spanish police and security forces. "The reasons for a capture are very varied and complex," says the document, supposedly aimed at the youth wing of the Basque separatist movement. "Nevertheless, we could prevent 80% of them if we followed absolute, strict security rules. "The secret of the success of a good activist lies in him having a normal family, social and working life, with no-one realising or suspecting his underground activities," the book says. The organisation offers recruits guidance on how to maintain strict discipline on security matters and gives tips on training with arms and explosives. ETA warns its recruits against forming "dangerous friendships" that could compromise the security of activist cells. The handbook also allegedly reveals ETA plans to set up an "internal security service" to monitor the activities of members. ETA warns recruits that the service will show "particular vigilance" in hunting down and executing moles in the organization. .

In his TV interview before the Iraq war, President Bush said that the anti-war movement is a mere focus group and would not effect his ultimate decision. This should provide at least some indication that the large parties - which some might call protestor rallies - are not capable of generating the needed pressure which could actually force the government to stop. Yet, the mainstream peace groups continue to give caring U.S. people false hope that if they get involved in the movement there is actually a chance they can help stop the war. If we are going to become serious about stopping this war, and the U.S. led atrocities of tomorrow, we must be realistic about our strategies and tactics and actually begin to utilize methodologies which can challenge the power structure of the US Elite. Even though public education is an inherent necessity of any movement, the time for public education by relying upon corporate media's interpretation of your events has long since passed - if it was ever valuable.
These suggestions are not radical. They are merely recommendations for those that desire a chance to stop the US. Peace and anti-war organizations vocally oppose these suggestions. Continue to ask what realistic chance do their strategies have to stop this war? What historical precedent do their business as usual politics and policies have? As no peace or anti-war movement has ever stopped U.S. governmental military policies or activities using the state sanctioned and societal approved methods, what right do they have to give the caring public false hope?
