Recent disclosures that the US arsenal being readied for war in Iraq includes chemical weapons of various types draws our attention once again to a chilling and profoundly disturbing facet of Project New American Century's blueprint for world domination: "Rebuilding America's Defenses." (Project New American Century is a neo-conservative think tank whose membership includes many of the Bush administration's top policy makers and advisors including Dick Cheney and Paul Wolfowitz. The White House policy paper "The National Security Strategy of the United States of America" is a philosophical carbon copy of the PNAC document.) In Chapter V of that document, "Creating Tomorrow's Dominant Force," is a section titled "Transforming US Conventional Forces." The following quotes are taken from that section:

"The proliferation of ballistic and cruise missiles and long-range unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) will make it much easier to project military power around the globe. Munitions themselves will become increasingly accurate, while new methods of attack - electronic, "non-lethal," biological - will be more widely available."
(and from page 60)
"And advanced forms of biological warfare that can "target" specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool."
Even some top officials have noted the irony of using chemical weapons in a purported effort by the US to rid Iraq of chemical weapons, but the above entries focus a spotlight on the moral bankruptcy and diabolical leanings of US policymakers. "Politically useful biological warfare agents that can target specific genotypes" was the holy grail of Nazi scientists, and an area of research to which Dr. Josef Mengele devoted much effort. Advanced research on genotype-specific viruses and related "ethnic" agents is reportedly well along in US and Israeli military labs, and it would seem only a matter of time before such weapons are unleashed on an unsuspecting world. The present readiness of the US to violate international conventions barring the use of chemical agents in warfare only highlights the seriousness of the threat posed by the US in the Hitlerian realm of bio-genetic weaponry. How long will it be before the US formally adopts PNAC's recommendations for these "politically useful" bioagents? Or have they already done so secretly?
And what better population on which to test the efficacy of genetic or ethnic weapons than that of the Middle East and South Asia - a population about as genetically and ethnically different as it gets from the ubermenschen masters of WASP America?
