Instead of trying to get Bush to stand down. . .
why don't we all start protesting Saddam's failure to comply with 17 UN resolutions!!!

JL showed his wit with:
"Instead of trying to get Bush to stand down. . . why don't we all start protesting Saddam's failure to comply with 17 UN resolutions!!!"
How about protesting Israel's failure to comply with about 90 UN resolutions? Or would that be too unfair?

Listen guy, you have let us all know that your name is the same as a big butted dancer and you're a right wing war monger. That's all we need to know, when you read some real news, and see that even you won't be talking when Bush has his Police State, come back. But for now, get a real life, and some real friends, I come hear to hear the truth not your stupid stubborn fascist murdering ignorance.

to comply with UN resolutions, even the ones that
were thrust upon it by the U.S. Ok, now that that's
done, let's go home.
Or by "protest" did you mean
fire 800 cruise missiles, kill many innocents, destabilize the region, guarantee
more and more retributive terrorist attacks on the U.S.,
prove to Korea and other nations that the only defense
against the U.S. is to build nuclear weapons, etc. etc. etc.?

You people are so retarded that I get pissed off reading about your views. Duh, what about Israel and they failing to comply with UN. You fucking retard, they don't gas thousands of innocent Kurds with WMD and threaten their neighbors. Before you make dumb comments, why not read about what you support. Yoo say you support peace, but you really support murder, poverty, hunger, death, and terror. etc. I have been watching in shock as you run to the streets to shout your pro Saddam slogans. Don't you give a flying shit about the Iraqi people. Trust me you potheaded, dubassed motherfuckers, they will be cheering as American forces enter Baghdad to liberate them. They will get freedom, just like you have now. If you don't like what your government is doing right now , then getthe fuck out and livein a place where a leader like Saddam rules. I was going to say Iraq, but when we kick his ass out of power and make it a free country, you may not like it. How about North Korea? You'd love that place, wouldn't you. Just do everyone a favor and shut the fuck up because you think you know everything, but in reality, you area dumbass and you will never have any impact on any decision making in my country. The founding fathers should havea wrote a dumbass clause in the Constitution to prevent rejects like you from speaking out and spreading around your useless, uneducated bullshit for other morons to read and agree with. Well, this was a lot of reading for you, you better go back and watch Joe Millionaire. HA HA

Dear Mr. War,
If you don't like the freedoms we enjoy in this country (freedom of speach and the ability to dissent) I invite you to leave and go to a country like Iraq where people enjoy the dictatorial government you so profess to hate.

To understand where they're coming from, you have to look at the type of people who make up the movement.
By far the largest percentage would be chronic underachievers. These are people without the ambition or intellect to make a success of themselves in a Capitalist society. Since fingers are not made to point inward, they seek to blame someone else for their own shortcomings. GW Bush is a likely target, why not blame him?
Many of them seek an alternative to Capitalism, a sort of free-lunch society where no one has to work and existing wealth gets redistributed (to them of course).
And, it follows that they wouldn't want to fight for their country. Is this really their country?
And so they cheer for Saddam to win this conflict. They perceive themselves as "Anti-War" when in reality they're simply "Saddam Supporters."
By the way, they're also completely disgusting.

the US supported Saddam through his most MURDEROUS years.
now the US claims to want to "liberate" the Iraqi people.
what a sickening thought. how the americans can claim to be so righteous in spite of their past dealings.
Thank god that Saddam has done a good job of misinforming the Iraqi people because otherwise when those American soldiers march into baghdad, they'll be fucked by the Iraqi people. All saddam has to do is remind the Iraqis that it was the US who helped keep him in power, and the US who gave him the weapons he used to kill the 5000 kurds in 1988 - that way, he can ensure that the Americans will be just as fuct as he would be in the event of an invasion.

and frankly im sick of all the indoctrination and conditioning which americans are subjected to from the day that they are born. americans are like fuckin cloned sheep repeating messages that have been programmed into them
"we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free. we are free."
american freedom is only bout political freedom and freedom to not be judged by the color of your skin
(WHICH IS A GOOD THING OBVIOUSLY)
but that is only a part of freedom. america lacks the other half of freedom. the freedom to live without the government's nationalistic indoctrination and conditioning of all americans.
that explains why americans are so uptight bout everything. just chill. go on a vacation to some other countries like england, the netherlands, australia, japan to get a taste of a purer kind of freedom.
im not trying to offend. im just tryin to tell u how i see it as a person who hasnt been brought up in american

and please please please please spare me the
"if you dont like it here go back to where you came from blah blah"
coz i do like it here thats why im here. all im sayin is american is FAR from perfect. if u improve it it will easily be the greatest country in the world. although we are politically free and do not have to live in fear of being arbitrarily thrown into jail (well, apart from the arab americans and immigrants) americans are so uptight and need to get out of their suburban homes and enjoy life

I was working for a company that was losing money hand over fist on an inefficient manufacturing process. I had a meeting with the CEO and outlined the problems along with a gap analysis and corrective action plan. The CEO looked at me and said "If you don't like it here, why don't you go someplace else?"
Guess what? That company is still around (barely), but the ex-CEO is selling shoes at Payless.
As a CEO, if you do not constantly and critically review your organizations actions for continuous improvement, then you are not living up to your responsibilities.
That lesson extend to citizens as well...
So for those reactionaries who bark "love it or leave it..." you are failing your country, and not living up to your responsibilites as citizens. SHAME ON YOU!
