Pro Life Hypocracy

by Mickey Zavi Friday, Feb. 14, 2003 at 9:15 PM

Irony: Pro Lifers Kill Millions

This morning I had the unfortunate luck to see the newest stage of pro-life hypocracy. Trucks, covered in signs that depict babies who have been aborted are now roaming LA's streets. I would like to start a massive campaign mobilizing anti war activists to call these people and ask them how many Iraqi children their president select starved today? Who's with me?
http://abortionno.org
go to the website, get their number, see the truck pictures, then call and ask them, why Iraqi children don't deserve life. Also ask them how they can elect a president that killed more people as governor than any other. If you're really bold, ask them how they can elect a war monger and still believe in their movement to save lives.

Pretzel brainz

by Jay Lowe Friday, Feb. 14, 2003 at 10:01 PM

If children in Iraq are starving b/c of sanctions, is it not the Iraqi government's obligation to comply with the UN resolutions creating those sanctions?

Of course, he hasn't and won't. He's too busy building palaces and shuffling missiles from place to place.

The war monger is not Bush but Saddam Hussein.

But of course, the Left would never criticize anyone who is an enemy to the United States.

OneEyedMan

by KPC Friday, Feb. 14, 2003 at 10:26 PM

...we criticize Bush, he is a far bigger enemy to the people of this country than Saddam Hussien...

...and who do you think you are kidding, douchebag?...Saddam Hussien is the best friend da Shrub has...without him to use as a boogieman, da Shrub would have to face up to the fact that he doesn't have the slightest idea what he is doing and hasn't for the last two years....

Speaking of Hipocracy

by Billion Dollar Baby Friday, Feb. 14, 2003 at 10:58 PM

Why is it it the far left finds a dead Iraqi child more heinous than a baby drawn from it's mother's womb, that back of it's head punctured with forceps, the brain sucked out through a suction tube, and then the corpse of a formerly living baby extracted?

Is there really that much difference?

Speaking of being an idiot

Killing civilians or children must take
presidence over saving zygotes.

NeoCon Bullshit

by Diogenes Friday, Feb. 14, 2003 at 11:36 PM

NeoCons will buy into anything published in National Review, spewed forth by Rush Limbaugh or regurgitated by Ari Four-flusher. Your point?

I LOVE this kinda stuff

by Jay Lowe Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003 at 3:22 AM

If you want to assure your political irrelevancy, keep saying stuff like this:

Bush, he is a far bigger enemy to the people of this country than Saddam Hussien..

I know you believe this true! And every time you say it every rational person in the world says "Let me take one step away from this oneyedman feller here!"

Git out there Saturday with your pictures of Bush doctored with a Hitleresque pushbroom mustache. America should see what the so-called "peace" movement really is!

And Don't forget

by Diogenes Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003 at 3:30 AM

Don't forget to remind people of how faithless Bush has been to his Presidential Oath e.g.,

The unPatriot act which assaults the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 10th Amendments to the Constitution (for you Bush sycophants - it's called the "Bill of Rights"),

Der Vaterland Sekurity Act which almost completes the buttfuck the Constitution Trifecta,

which is completed by the written and distributed in secrecy "Patriot II" which allows Bushitler to strip someone of their rights without trial - and then to sidestep the difficulties imposed by actually obeying the Constitution.

Quite a hero you got there bud. And no Hitler is not the best model - Mussolini is a closer fit.

Diogenes a great philisopher

by Author of Thread Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003 at 6:12 PM

Thank god Diogenes found himself at least while looking for an honest man. Anyway, I'm just making a point, that you cannot just say some people deserve life and not others. Iraqi children, for you proper "christian" righties, are gods children as much as unborn babies. And women who have to make the "choice" certainly shouldn't have to die for it. You can't cut welfare, slash community colleges, kill the national healthcare system, destroy a working mothers chances to find care for her kids, kill all the young men with depleted uranium, and antagonize an entire region that already hates us for being bullies and call yourself "PRO-LIFE." Everyone has to admit that that's bushshit. I don't feel very safe because my countries soldiers are in harms way, not here where they should be protecting honest fun lovin Americans. The world is against this. You cannot call yourself a democracy and not concede to the democratic views of the UN.
