CFL ACTION ALERT: CALL ON OUR GOVERNMENT TO CUT TIES WITH ISRAEL; NO MORE AID TO ISRAEL IF THEY CONTINUE TO ELECT WAR CRIMINALS AS THEIR LEADERS.
The U.S. must end its hypocritical double standards on the war on terror by cutting its diplomatic and economic ties to Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and his Likud Party, the biggest instigators of Middle East strife and terrorism. Sharon is being investigated for his crimes in Belgium and has restricted his travel to Europe in fear of being arrested. Despite his malicious disregard for international law, Sharon still remains free to travel back and forth from Washington to steal tax money from American citizens to fuel his war on Palestinians. What can we do to stop this?

TALKING POINTS
*Demand that Congress and the President cut ties with the racist, right-wing Israeli regime. Even as Sharon is being investigated in Belgium for war crimes, the rest of the Likud are shamelessly calling for the IDF to commit more war crimes against the Palestinians.
*Tell Congress that Israelis must know that American financial support is at risk if they continue to elect known war criminals. Remind them that democratization doesn't apply to Jewish citizens alone. Palestinians have the right to a free and autonomous state. Refugees have the right of return. These are conditions that are not up for negotiation.
*Demand a ban against all official Israeli visits to the U.S. If American politicians want to entertain Israeli war criminals, they should do it privately in their own homes and not in taxpayer funded institutions.
