Germany=Lybia=Cuba

Any country who will not be disposed to pay Billions of Dollar for build up countries we bomb to debris and ashes are quite simple states of terror like Lybia or Cuba. This random logic is still apparently plausible. If not I will tell it for small people with limited horizons:

There are good ones and bad ones and the good ones are cash in and the idiots have to settle the accounts.
