As the economy tanks and domestic needs becomes absolutely impossible to ignore, Bush and Cheney, (tools of the giant corporations with a special focus on aerospace and energy contractors), have the ULTIMATE SOLUTION!

And just where are you hiding, Mr. Cheney? Doesn't have anything to do with the 0 Billion dollars that George W. is stealing from the pockets of the PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES in order to pay for your ridiculous fiasco, does it?

And who would believe that W. would plunge the U.S. and the world into disaster just for military related contracts to the tune of TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS while ordinary Americans are

Stubbing of the Budget Office, showed that in the 1950s, complex weapons systems, in addition to being poor in quality, increased in cost from initial estimates by an average of 240 %, in some cases by more than 600 %; that delays in scheduled deliveries averaged two years, and that such poor contractor performance did not improve in the 1960s. In a number of case studies of current programs, similar problems were encountered -- doubling and tripling costs, late deliveries, and poor performance, inlcuding FAILURE UNDER COMBAT CONDITIONS.
