Home policy with 250,000 dead bodies!

Dear fellow countrymen I've made the budget from $ 200 Billion plus to § 300 minus. Economy is not my specific field. On fraud I know the ropes much better. In order to get reelected I must make a war to bring home an opulent swag otherwise I and my party cannot finalize these very nice things like Total Information Awareness, Total Police State and much more. Therefor I wage war because only 250,000 dirty foreigners have to pay with their lives far away from nice homeland.
