Come out to North East Los Angeles.

Join us at Eagle Rock Blvd. and El Paso Ave. (near the Albertsons) in Glassell Park.

We will be protesting again this Saturday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Bring a sign if you can get one together. The slogans that the public seems to respond to best are:

- Money for Education, Not for War!
- Money for Healthcare, Not for Warfare! (note: one of our regular protesters is particularly fond of this slogan's parallel construction)
- Money for Housing, Not for War!
- Drop Bush, Not Bombs!

For our motorist audience, large lettering is ideal. More complex messages than those suggested above may be incomprehensible or confusing to passersby.

We will have several signs available for those who cannot provide their own.

We need as many protesters out there on Saturday as we can possibly get! Bring friends....family...total strangers!

Our group does not have a single political or religious affiliation. If you wish to bring signs/flags/banners indicating your individual affiliations, you are welcome to do so.

Please note that ours is not a silent vigil.
We shout messages related to our goal!
We encourage motorists to honk their horns and make lots of supportive noise!
We also encourage them to join us!
We release our anger related to Bush's war plans in constructive ways!
It is a cardinal rule that we have FUN while we protest!
