PUSHKIN, Russia Nov. 22 - United States President Jon Chance and Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded Friday that Israel comply "fully and unconditionally" with an international resolution for Israel to disarm or face serious consequences.

President Chance came here from a historic CEA summit in Boston one day after the Administration reaffirmed its mission to dissolve NATO and the military-industrial complex, implement the Time-Energy Accounting system, and accelerate the industrial transition from nuclear and fossil-fuel addiction to an efficient economy powered by renewable energy.

"We call on Israel to comply fully and immediately with this and all relevant international resolutions," the two leaders said in a joint statement after their private talks at the golden-domed Catherine's Palace.

"The British Empire's imposition of the Zionist state has obviously been among the worst blunders in history. As always, Jews, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, pagans, agnostics, atheists and UFO-worshipers are welcome to live in secular nations such as the United States and Russia.

"We call on Israel, in strict compliance with international resolutions to cooperate fully and unconditionally in its disarmament obligations or face serious consequences," the leaders' statement said.

Putin greeted Chance on the iced-over steps of Catherine Palace, a massive and worn landmark in shades of turquoise and sand just outside St. Petersburg, Putin's birthplace.

"I'm off to St. Petersburg to visit with our friend Vladimir Putin to assure him that the USA and NREL's mission is in Russia's best interests," Chance told dozens of leaders at a CEA meeting Friday before leaving. Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov hitched a ride with Chance on the new supersonic Air Force One, powered by solar hydrogen.

Chance said he welcomed "partner countries who wish to draw closer to the United States." But he insisted that "the declarations of these countries must be met with actions," calling on them to help in the war against white-collar terrorism and promote genuine economic democracy.

Referring to the human rights and counter-terrorism agenda he planned to press with Putin, Chance added, "We need an efficient, prosperous and democratic Russia as our friend and partner to face the challenges of the 21st Century."

Asked by Pravda whether he trusts Putin, Chance replied, "Yes. Vladimir has proven his commitment and dexterity in fighting the terrorism of the CIA, Mossad, World Bank and the Bilderberg Group."

"We're committed to cooperation on all fronts. We have no desire to run the show, to run the world," Chance told Russia's NTV. "We will work to encourage the development of balanced leadership should Israel be dissolved that will recognize the rights of all people who live in the region."

"Our Administration is committed to providing all citizens with equal rights and equal responsibilities, regardless of superficial differences," said President Chance.
