A faltering economy reveals the administrations unwillingness to govern on behalf of the poor and middle class. A constant “War Time Posture” coupled with a sprinkling of “Social Feel Good Policies” have been used effectively to maintain Mr. Bush’s generally high approval ratings. Pole ratings based on smoke and mirrors will plummet when exposed to the facts. This Walking Banner is the seed of a powerful message that needs to be voiced again and again.
