People should emulate what OTPOR did in Serbia.
OTPOR was the American backed group that organized a coup in Serbia that brought down Milosevic. Everytime an OTPOR operative was arrested, OTPOR would organize a protest outside the jail where the operative was held. That's what the city of L.A. should do is go down to City Hall and scream at the top of their lungs until they let the guy who made the videotape of the cops beating that 16 year old kid, out.
