Much have been said about the Finnish bureaucracy, but this could be even a new Guiness World Record; a Finnish citizen has been having eight years full-time correspondence to the Socialist Finnish Civil Servants. Some explanation may offer 16 kilograms, why not so many people are interested in Socialistic Finland any longer as a place of a permanet residence.
