In the background, one can see South Coast Plaza(Once the largest mall in America). This mall is owned by the Segerstrom family and built on the sweat and blood of migrant workers. The Segerstroms once owned most most of Costa Mesa and Santa Ana. Over the years, they converted their bean fields into shopping areas.
Again, the work of the prolitariat migrant worker is forgotten and abused for the consumeristic and capitalistic free enterprise.
I see a sence of irony that workers are fighting for their rights in an area that once was tended by bean workers and now is tended by Gucci, The Gap and Nike.
My name Conrad Heilsberg. Marc Hernandez and I go to Taco Bell every day, and we feel that anyone who works at Taco Bell should feel blessed that they get such an employment opporitunity. all you tomato haters should be locked away.
