I just purchased the book, Called To Serve, by James "Bo" Gritz. Can any of the wonderfully well read people here at indymedia give me a clue as to whether I should take notes or use it for a papier mache'project?
I liked some of the truth telling info in the intro but it was a bit too nationalistic and religeous for me as well. Bo is supposedly the most decorated special forces commander and he has experience in intel. I was hoping I could get some insight from any readers of Bo's work as to how reliable he is for info. Being from the military and intel, Im not sure if this info could be trusted; Disinformation? If you havent read the book but have read some of Bo's other material, I would be interested in your opinion as to his reliability regarding the truth?
