On March 8th, hundreds of Women in Los Angeles celebrated International Women's Day with a mass march under the slogan, "Invest in Caring not Killing - Welfare not Warfare!"

This photo illustrates the unity of those involved in the march. Women of all races took part in the demonstration... Asians, African Americans, Latinas, Native Americans, South East Asians, and Anglos. A good representation of Lesbian and Bisexual Women were also present.
