I read about this earlier today on the AP newswire. The thing is that "shadow government" is a really poor choice of words on the part of the administraiton, because it makes it sound a hell of a lot more threatening than what it actually is.
All that this plan does is shuffle some piss-ant bureaucrats around fortified locations around the country, so that if somebody blows up DC, the entire governing class won't be killed at once.
"Shadow government" has implications of some kind of big evil entity, like the NSA or CIA (which people have a real reason to be suspicious of). But all that is new here is just some new transportation costs.
Unless you were planning to effect social change by blowing up Washington DC - and I was not - this does not pose any serious threat.
This is just a very cleverly planned disinfo campaign from the boys in DC. The "Alternative Government" has been around since the late 1950's with every key member of government represented by a "dopplganger" in the underground "capitol".
I amost fell out of my chair laughing when Dashle said on TeeVee something like, "gee, I never heard of such a thing..."
Mount Weather and Site R are the two most well known "secret" sites.
The use of the term "Shadow Government" is being used to confuse the sheeple who are just now starting to find out about the real Shadow Government, the one that really runs things. Now when they hear the term, they'll think, "oh, it's just those guys in the bunkers".
It's really amazing to see all the things us "conspiracy nuts" have been warning about for years now showing up in the nightly news.
What a nightmare.
