The main source of income for the US government is taxing citizens not corporations. In fact, corporations are given tons of tax-breaks and loopholes. If you want to cut back the government's income stream stop paying taxes.

Corporations get taxbreaks alright, but they still pay taxes-but most importantly, corporations control the U.S. government-we don't! So actually this makes a lot of sense!

Makes Sense?

If you go to the link at the bottom of the article Victim or Amerika or Anti-Fascist or whoever is encouraging people to “…HELP US HERE IN THE U.S. FIGHT FOR FREEDOM BY REFUSING TO BUY THE PRODUCTS OUR BRUTAL RULERS TRY TO SELL TO YOU TO FINANCE THEIR WAR, BRUTALITY, RACISM, AND FASCISM”. How does this make sense?

First of all, targeted boycotts can be effective against specific corporations. There are so many US corporations a total boycott is nearly impossible. The way to target governments is with sanctions.

The real question is are these products "financing the war?" No! “We the people” are the ones who finance the government, not the corporations. Don’t you understand that? Where do think all the money for corporate welfare comes from? It comes from our taxes! Income tax, sales tax, even death tax.

You write, "most importantly, corporations control the U.S. government-we don't!" And why do they do that? Because the government has something to offer them; stability, security, and subsidies. And who do you think is paying for all that? We are! With OUR taxes!

Corporations aren't taxed for shit because they are treated as individuals under the law. So, the proportion of taxes they pay to the government isn't shit compared to what the masses, working class, whatever, are paying.
