Giuliani's honorary knighthood will *NOT* preclude him from running for public office again.
Since he is a US citizen, he cannot be conferred the title of "Sir," and therefore has not received any "emolument, office, or title" (as written in the Constitution) which would prevent him from holding public office in the US. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble, but he is still a formidable foe....
