As of Monday February 11, 2002 "The Hawaiian Kingdom" Declares Its-Self Established. It declares the annexation of Hawaii by The Committee of Safety on January 17, 1893 to be illegal, and its members guilty of treason. Hawaii is no longer part of the United States of America, and never legally was.

The Government Declares its Authority and its Continuity has not been interrupted. Its Constitution of 1840-1845 and its continued Updates, is still in full force.
The Sovereign Nation ... was ... is ... and always will be a Nation under God. No Nation including the United States .. the Committee of Safety .. the Provisional Government can take a "Sovereign Nation and its People" .. "By what Authority?" Because there is no 'Recognizable Power' higher than a "Sovereign".
"The Hawaiian Kingdom" and its Tribunal hereby declares: and by its authority, that: The Committee of Safety, dated January 17, 1893, John L Stevens, its members: the Provisional Government and its members;
Have been found guilty of treason ... in absentia.
The Annexation Committee .. The Territory of Hawaii .. Today, the State of Hawaii ( so called ). All of the above "Null and Void", moot.
ACT OF LAW
Enacted by the Prime Minister and the Legislative Assembly, "The Kupuna Action Council", of the Hawaiian Kingdom assembled this date: January 17, 2002.
Be it herefor enacted, that any and all claims be to any Citizens of The Hawaiian Kingdom, be Made, any Action taken, or Brought against, for relief of, or Process of any kind, that all such proceedings shall be done and within the jurisdiction of The Hawaiian Kingdom, and according to the Laws of the Kingdom only.
THIS DAY FORWARD THE LAWS of the United States of America and the State OF HAWAII are HEREWITH CANCELLED; NULL, VOID, MOOT.
