A general meeting of COPWATCH, a community organization that polices the police, will be held at A-Occasions infoshop in Long Beach on Wednesday January 30th at 7pm. Please join us!
COPWATCH is an anti-authoritarian organization based on community empowerment and focusing on police abuse. We organize local poeple to band together and monitor police action in order to prevent and stop police brutality and misconduct. We also organize workshops and events to raise awareness about citizens rights, legal actions, and COPWATCH trainings and benefits. Please join us at our meeting to help organize Long Beach and Los Angeles COPWATCh groups, all are welcome!
