Two members of the local Hip Hop group, AZTLAN UNDERGROUND, entertained protestors gathered in front of KPFK. The pair performed their on target rhymes to the beat of a single Aztec drum. This politically charged band challenges it's audience to think and to act, and it's unlikely that ANY
commercial Rap Station will broadcast their music. With the BANNING of Fidel Rodriguez and his "Seditious Beats" radio show... KPFK can now join the ranks of the commercial stations that refuse to play political Hip Hop.
