The Headline says: "Florida recount survey: Bush Still Wins". The article (the last half of it) tells how thousands of ballots still didn't count; disregarded on techicalities, though it was obvious who was voted for.
For instance, if you thought you voted for Gore. But because of the ballot layout you realize you actually voted for Bush; then to leave no question as to who you were voting for ... you WROTE IN Gore. Your ballot doesn't count because it has 2 votes on it.
The CNN propaganda does, eventually, in a round about way, say that if those disqualified votes were counted Gore would have picked up thousands of votes ... and ... uh... get more votes than .. the other guy, but .... Bush Still Wins!
