This is a request for financial support for Scott Galindez, who was sentenced to 3 months for protesting at Vandenburg AFB.

Many who were in the courtroom last week were stunned, disappointed and
outraged that Scott was sentenced to three months in federal prison for the
totally non-violent pro-peace statement he made at Vandenburg Air Force
Base.
The other three defendants were given probation but it now looks as if
Scott will surrender to federal marshalls in just a few days.
Our progressive movement wants to express its solidarity with Scott and
help him through this period...he has rent to pay, bills must be attended to
during this three months and he has other expenses.....
We are not asking for large sums....if many of us contribute something
we can meet his needs and show support and solidarity.
