The U.S. Intelligence Agencies, the Military, and Independent Contractors are torturing, using mind control techniques, and killing U.S. citizens with Directed Energy Weapons such as extremely low frequency Electromagnetic energy, infrasound, and microwave pulsed analog. This program is being run by FBI, CIA, NSA personnell all placed in key positions in the Police Dept., Sheriff, DA's, and as City Officials.
Today the U.S. Government scientists are working on research under "Black Projects" that uses U.S. citizens as unwitting Human-guinea pigs in experimentation to learn how to control a persons mind. These scientist use a trauma-based harassment/surveillance and bio-electronic torture program to abuse citizens. The psychological warfare program is conducted in two phases.
The first phase is the harassment/surveillance in which a human subjects or targeted individuals are monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week by satellite technology and government personnel operating ground-based super-computers. People claim their phones are tapped, video cameras are positioned inside and outside their residences, cars are bugged and sabotaged, mysterious break-ins occur at their homes, emails are interfered with and computers are crashed. Cherished constitutional freedoms and privacy are thus stripped away.
The second phase is a Bio-electronic torture/research program in which the human subjects or targeted individuals receive "electric shocks" to various parts of a persons body especially their head using the same satellite technology and Directed Energy Weapons (Invisible waves or invisible bullets). The Directed Energy Weapons used are microwave signals, acoustics, extremely low frequency electromagnetic weapons (which have been used as a mind control technique), infrasound, radio frequency signal hypnosis, and various other classified signal types which have been shown to penetrate electromagnetic and acoustic shielding.Some victims have had implants or microchips put inside their bodies without their permission.
The pain and suffering of victims is extreme. These weapons cause disorientation, nausea, cramping, Debilitating migrains, Stomach lesions, head lesions, blisters, skin cancer, Leukemia, breast cancer, and lymphoma cancer, heart attacks, brain tumors.
