Obviously, both the message and it's response were posted by the same racist.

One of the rhetorical tactics the neo-nazis use is to turn everything into a joke, but inject it with the "logic of racism". The idea is, you'll dismiss it, but still get the overall pattern, which can later be recovered during a more serious discussion, or a less strident piece of propaganda.

The first part's logic is - blacks are violent nationalists who are ignorant.

The second part - the response - says that neo nazis want blacks to kill themselves because they are violent nationalists who can't spell.

It all comes off as a bad joke, but the residual message might go something like this: blacks are less capable than whites, and thus resort to violence; consequently, their violence must be contained within their own communities.

That *other* message happens to reflect reality. Minorities are denied full access to the education and social opportunities that whites have, and thus, are less able to survive economically. This leads to higher crime rates due to the drug trade and people who steal for income. The current government policy is containment in ghettos and prisons, where the poor attack each other before they attack the middle class.

The logic of extreme racist terror parallels the logic of racism in "the system". That's the key.

If you accept that proposition, the history of racist terrorism falls into place. "Race riots" are always white people going after minorities -- lynch mobs -- bands of people targeting minorities, usually blacks, for torture. The aftermath is usually even worse, with few arrests and convictions. The race riots are tacitly supported by the people in power.

Thus, the neo-nazis are, by default, the pawns of the racist system. In fact, they are necessary to the perpetuation of systemic racism.

The irony is, if a nazi is working class, they aren't going to be elevated into a higher class simply by upholding the racist status quo. They're more useful as violent terrorists, and if keeping them poor will keep them violent, you can be sure that the system has evolved to keep them poor.
