Thirty San Diego activists, representing a wide variety of organizations, got together August 28 to discuss forming a "Copwatch" to monitor police actions and try to stem the tide of police shootings of unarmed civilians, mostly people of color. The next meeting is set for Thursday, September 13 at 6:30 p.m., location to be announced.
