1. Transition to Monopoly Capitalism as the Precondition for the Development of Fascism.

Long before it became possible to speak of fascism Marxists considered the question of what new political features would be associated with the transition of free competition capitalism to monopoly capitalism. The question was

This should confirm the essentially fascist nature of today's capitalist globalization-world domination by finance capital through the power of the world's most powerful military state-the U.S. And this domination IS racially motivated, with a common befief within the financial ruling class of the U.S. of a MANIFEST DESTINY OF ANGLO-SAXON SUPREMACY-that such racial and economic global supremacy is , as we've all heard too often, "inevitable".

However, one point you may have missed that greatly contributed to the ultimate demise of the Soviet Union was the autocratic rule of Joseph Stalin and his corruption of the Soviet(socialist) economic system into a type of state run capitalist monopoly-another form of fascism. Stalin, in this way, went a long way in both discrediting and destroying Soviet socialism. To insure the success of a trully democratic and socialist revolution, the socialist economy should ALWAYS be owned and controlled by the working class-NEVER by the state! Such state dominance and power will ALWAYS lead to fascism, in one form or another!
