NetActivists can duplicate websites to preserve freedom of speech.

In these times of crisis, the state may try to stem the flow of dissent. Already, on the television news, there's a virtual blackout of our prior CIA support (millions of $$$) to the Mujahedeen, the Taliban, and Osama bin Laden. These rolling blackouts may happen to other news sources, like stratfor.com, janes.com, and other moderate and right wing websites critical of war.

NetActivists should learn the "wget" program, which runs on linux, BSD, and NT, and learn to archive key articles, with graphics and other media, from these sites. Take the files, zip them up, and archive them.

With sufficient redundancy, key information, tactical, strategic, and historical, will be preserved.
