The speaker is Vittorio Agnoletto, spokesman for the Genoa Social Forum (GSF), the main Italian, pacifist anti-globalization movement. The "honorable Fini" is ex-Fascist Alleanza Nazionale leader and current Deputy Prime Minister, Gianfranco Fini.
