-11:05 Interview with Professor Richard Falk of Princeton University who has just been placed under police protection after receiving death threats for talking about Ariel Sharon's role in war crimes on a BBC documentary, Sharon, The Accused (watch video or read transcript). Mr Sharon is entitled to a fair trial, but there is a very solid foundation for indicting him for war crimes. The Israeli military surrounded the camps, barring the residents from fleeing the Phalange; providing flares so the Phalange could see what they were doing; and in constant radio contact with the Phalangist command. Professor Falk: It is the responsibility of citizens in a free society to speak the truth and not let themselves be intimidated.

A jury in 1976 determined that the agents died in self-defense. 11,000 documents about the case withheld by the Feds ostensibly for *national security* - Prof Churchill: "we have living been in a police state for a very long time."
