Let's Try to Get the Cops on our Side
Admittedly the cops are too violent, and too oppresive in general. But let's not confuse symptoms with causes. The cops are suffer from many of the same symptoms that activists oppose: under-education, a culture of violence, etc. The cops are pawns. The king isn't Bill Gates, or even Adam Smith, but capitalism itself. When given the opportunity, in protests for example, activists might want to point this out to cops, instead of demonizing them and putting them on the defensive, which is too often offensive.
