May 19th March and Rally in Solidarity with the Palestinian People(Westwood Federal Building).

At the conclusion of the mass march through Westwood, the demonstrators gathered at the Westwood Federal Building to listen to a number of speakers. Palestianian speakers updated those gathered on breaking events, and thanked the many non-Palestinians in attendance for having shown their support. I photographed this young Asian Woman holding up a sign in Arabic, standing next to a young Chicano with his own message of Solidarity. This photo gives some idea of the multi-ethnic nature of the demonstration.
